Annual Fee based on the size of your organisation:
£75 for small groups (under £100K turnover)
£125 for small charities (£100K to £1M)
£250 for larger charities (over £1M)


Transaction fees (inc. bank charges & VAT):
3.3% on Credit Cards (e.g. 33p in a £10 donation)
1.8% + 25p on Debit Cards (e.g. 43p in a £10 donation)

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it secure?
We make every effort to ensure that all transactions are secure and safe (we use 128-bit industry standard encryption). We use RBS's Streamline merchant facilities.

Can I claim back Gift Aid?
We offer the donor the option of using Gift Aid. You will be sent an email after each donation which contains the Gift Aid Declaration. These are backed up by downloadable real-time reports.

Can anyone use it?
Any UK charity can and some voluntary organisations who are not charities are also able to use the service (but please note that Gift Aid may not be claimable.)

How do we get the money?
Once the first donation is made to your organisation we will then contact you for your bank details. We normally send out a letter to request these details in the post. We also request a Direct Debit mandate which is only used if the donor changes their mind or in cases of fraud. We will inform you in advance if we are required to reclaim a donation. You are also still protected by the standard Direct Debit Guarantee. Donations are then paid directly in to your bank account via BACS every two to four weeks, depending on volume.

How long will it take to set us up?
We can normally get you up and running in no more than 24 hours.

Can the donations facility integrate with CampaignHelper?
Yes, combined together, the donations facility and CampaignHelper will enable you to create an online fundraising campaign, send email appeals to supporters, and drive traffic to your website where credit card contributions can be collected. You can analyse links clicked to track how many donations are collected as a result of an email fundraising campaign.
